Product Overview

Implant Co‑Cr Monobloc Metal Crown – A one‑piece full‑metal restoration for implant‑supported prosthetics, fabricated from medical‑grade cobalt‑chromium alloy via lost‑wax precision casting or CAD/CAM milling.
The crown and connection interface are integrated into a single unit with no ceramic veneer layer, offering a dense structure and extremely high strength. It is indicated for posterior implant restorations with severely limited occlusal space, where maximum restoration thickness is required, and aesthetic demands are minimal.

Implant Co‑Cr Monobloc Metal Crown

Ultra‑high strength

Tensile strength ≄800 MPa

hardness ≄350 HV, capable of withstanding maximum occlusal forces in the posterior region without deformation or wear.

Slim design

0.6 mm occlusal thickness

The high‑strength alloy allows for a thinner crown , maximizing restorative space.

No porcelain veneer layer

The all‑metal structure eliminates the risk of chipping, making it especially suitable for posterior teeth with heavy occlusal load and limited restorative space.

Economical and durable

The all‑metal crown offers a mature process, controlled costs, and excellent value for posterior implant restorations.

Fabrication Workflow

Impression / scanning
After implant placement and osseointegration, take a conventional impression or perform an intraoral digital scan.
Model fabrication
Pour a working model and install the implant analog.
Abutment selection / fabrication
Select or customize the corresponding implant abutment.
Wax pattern / design
Create a wax pattern on the abutment, or design the crown morphology in CAD software.

Casting / milling
Fabricate the metal substructure via lost‑wax casting or CAD/CAM milling.
Porcelain build‑up and sintering
Layer and sinter the porcelain in sequence: opaque → dentin → enamel/translucent.
Clinical try‑in
Try in the crown intraorally to verify marginal fit, contacts, and occlusion.
Final seating
Secure with screw retention or cementation.

Indications

·Single implant restoration in the posterior region

·Implant restorations with limited occlusal space

·Cases with low aesthetic demands but high strength requirements

·Implant crowns seated directly onto metal abutments

·Patients with bruxism or clenching habits

·Implant‑supported all‑metal fixed bridges

FAQ

What's the difference between a one‑piece metal implant crown and a PFM crown?

The one‑piece metal crown is all metal – no porcelain on top. It's stronger and thinner, great for back teeth where space is tight. The PFM crown has porcelain for better looks, but it needs more space and can chip over time.

What is the recommended occlusal thickness for an implant Co‑Cr monobloc metal crown?

Is the implant Co‑Cr monobloc metal crown suitable for anterior aesthetic restorations?

Is the implant Co‑Cr monobloc metal crown suitable for patients with bruxism?

What is the warranty period for the implant Co‑Cr monobloc metal crown?
