Covering the Entire PostāOperative Cycle
Immediately after surgery
After implant placement, the protective cap is placed to prevent saliva and food debris from entering the interface, reducing infection risk.
During normal eating
Patients can eat normally; the protective cap prevents small food particles from lodging in implant threads or the interface, making cleaning easier.
Daily cleaning
Healing waiting period
During osseointegration (weeks to months), the protective cap continuously provides a sealed environment, avoiding secondary contamination.
Our goal is to work closely with partners to help customers achieve greater success in multiple fields.
The protective cap features a smooth, rounded edge with no sharp angles, avoiding gingival irritation. By sealing the interface, it prevents foreign objects from pressing on nerve structures, significantly reducing postoperative sensitivity.
Patients can directly clean the exterior of the protective cap using a water flosser or soft brush, without worrying about damaging the internal structure of the implant.
Knowing the implant is protected, patients can go through the healing phase with greater confidence, reducing anxietyādriven followāup calls.
By avoiding inflammation or secondary debridement caused by foreign body ingress, the protective cap indirectly promotes smoother osseointegration.
Choose the matching protective cap based on the implant platform diameter and healing depth.
Rinse the implant interface with saline, then gently press the protective cap into place until fully seated.
Lightly tug to confirm no loosening and ensure there is no compression of the surrounding tissue.
Check the integrity of the protective cap at each followāup visit during the healing phase; replace if necessary.
ā» The protective cap is singleāuse (or can be sterilized and reused if made of titanium alloy). Clinical judgment is advised.
āThe protective cap fits very well. Patients report comfort and no foreign body sensation. At followāup, the interior of the implant remains very clean, greatly reducing our cleaning workload.ā

Mr. Zhang, a patient who received a mandibular posterior implant, used the protective cap after surgery. On the third day, he ate rice normally with no food impaction pain. At followāup, the implant interior was clean with no residual debris.
For a patient with poor oral hygiene habits, the protective cap allowed easy cleaning of the surrounding gingiva with a water flosser, and no periāimplant mucositis occurred.
Does the protective cap need to be removed and cleaned daily?
No. Patients simply brush normally and clean the exterior of the protective cap with a water flosser. During followāup visits, if the clinician needs to inspect the implant interior, the cap can be removed, cleaned, and then reāplaced or replaced with a new one.
Is the protective cap material safe? Could it fall into the mouth?
The protective cap is made of medicalāgrade PEEK or titanium alloy, both with excellent biocompatibility. The cap design provides appropriate retention, so it will not dislodge under normal use. If loosening occurs, it can be replaced promptly.
How long can the protective cap be used?
PEEK caps are recommended for use up to 3 months or until the final restoration, then replaced. Titanium caps can be sterilized and reused, but it is advisable not to exceed 6 months or to replace them based on wear condition.
Is it compatible with all implant systems?
We offer protective caps with a variety of interfaces and diameters, covering the vast majority of mainstream implant systems. Please provide your implant model, and we will match it accordingly.
Can I get a free sample for clinical trial?
