A: Not recommended. Temporary abutments are designed for transitional restorations during the osseointegration phase. Their mechanical strength is lower than that of permanent abutments, and long-term use carries risks. Please choose our multi‑unit abutments or custom abutments for final restorations.

Q: How to choose between plastic temporary abutments and titanium abutments?
A: Plastic abutments are lower in cost and easy to modify chairside, suitable for short-term temporary crowns. Titanium abutments offer higher strength and can be re‑sterilized and reused, making them suitable for longer temporary restoration periods or cases with higher occlusal forces.

Q: How do you guarantee the interface accuracy of the abutments?
A: We use a high-precision vision measurement system to inspect every abutment 100%. The interface tolerance is ±0.005 mm, and an inspection report is provided for each batch.

Q: Are they compatible with all mainstream implant systems?
A: We offer multiple interfaces including hexagon, tri‑lobe, conical, and cross‑lock, covering the vast majority of implant brands. Please provide your implant model, and we will match it for you.

Q: Do temporary abutments require dedicated screws?
A: Each abutment comes standard with one titanium alloy fixation screw (recommended torque 20–30 N·cm). Lab analogs can be purchased separately.
