Provides STEP/STL files for all titanium base models, directly importable into design software such as Exocad, 3Shape, DentalWings, etc. Supports parametric adjustments, accelerating scan body matching and crown/bridge design.
The titanium base interface is fully compatible with mainstream scan bodies. When used with our scan bodies (sold separately), highāprecision intraoral scanning is achieved. Open interface parameters support thirdāparty scan body adaptation.
Open toolpath templates are provided, compatible with hyperDENT®, millbox®, iCAM V5®, and mainstream CNC machines, reducing programming time and lowering machining costs.
Detailed 2D drawings of the titanium base interface are available upon request, facilitating integration into your existing digital workflow or thirdāparty design library.
Compatible with leading intraoral scanners (3Shape TRIOS, iTero, Medit, etc.) for accurate digital impressions.
Choose emergence height based on gingival thickness, and diameter based on the implant platform.
Hand tighten, then torque to 20ā25 N·cm (titanium) or 15 N·cm (PEEK).
Place circumferential or interrupted sutures around the abutment to ensure stable adaptation.
After 4ā6 weeks of soft tissue healing, remove the healing abutment and proceed with impression taking or scanning.
āThe emergence height of the healing abutment is very precise. The gingival healing morphology is ideal, and no additional modification is needed at impression taking.ā

Can the titanium base be used for final restorations?
Yes. The titanium base is a component of permanent restorations. It can be built up with resin / indirect composite or bonded to a zirconia crown as a screwāretained final prosthesis.
What is the difference between a titanium base and a custom abutment?
The titanium base is a prefabricated universal base that requires additional processing (buildāup, ceramic layering, or milling). A custom abutment is a oneāpiece abutment that already incorporates the emergence profile and interface. The titanium base offers greater flexibility, lower cost, and better integration with digital workflows.
How do you guarantee interface accuracy?
Every titanium base undergoes 100% inspection by a vision measurement system with an interface tolerance of ±0.005 mm, ensuring precise fit with implants and scan bodies.
Do you provide CAD design files?
Yes. We provide STEP/STL files for all titanium base models, available for free download, compatible with mainstream design software such as Exocad and 3Shape.
Which scan bodies are compatible with the titanium base?
Our titanium base interface parameters are compatible with mainstream scan bodies. Our matching scan bodies (sold separately) can also be used. Interface drawings are available for verification of compatibility.
