KT trilink dental Analog (Implant Analog) is used in conventional impression workflows. It transfers the 3D position of the intraoral implant precisely to the stone model via an impression transfer. The analog fully replicates the implant’s interface, axis, and depth, enabling the lab to fabricate abutments, bridges, and other restorations on the model. Available in two designs – standard (non‑shouldered) and shouldered (with a positioning shoulder) – to accommodate different pouring methods. Made of medical‑grade stainless steel or PEEK, with 100% vision measurement system inspection to ensure interface accuracy and dimensional consistency.

The transfer coping is removed from the impression together with the analog, connected to the analog, and then the model is poured – simple and efficient.

Shouldered type positioning

The shoulder design precisely controls the seating depth of the analog in the stone model, ensuring accurate abutment margin positioning.

Laboratory model restoration

Repeated try‑in of abutments, wax patterns, and metal frameworks on the stone model requires the analog to be wear‑resistant and dimensionally stable.
